COMPANY BACKGROUND
The company was founded by Chua Chai Lai and incorporated on 29th April 1992 under the name of Uskaraya Sdn. Bhd. The company's assets at that time consisst of 4 vehicles operating out of a small rented office. This company quickly expanded from one branch serving Batu Pahat area to the whole of Johor territory, Malacca and N. Sembilan.
In May 2000, the founder decided to change its name to Uliko Marketing (M) Sdn. Bhd. to reflect its identity as a subsidiary company of Uliko Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd.
